Mousa has 10 years of experience in the business management and malls industry and has held various leadership roles in development, operations, quality Prior to joining Bridge 4 international.
In his current role as COO, MOUSA is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Bridge 4 international, including franchise development, strategy, operations, and finance. He works closely with the other members of the executive team to develop and implement strategies for driving growth and expanding the company’s reach.
Mousa is a strategic thinker and problem solver, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions. He is passionate about helping franchisees achieve success and is committed to providing them with the support and resources they need to thrive.
Ahmed brings 14 years of experience in retail and real estate, having worked with international brands such as Tumi, Nespresso, Cole Haan and Breitling. His expertise is in franchising and global retail expansions. Ahmed began his career in the medical field in Canada, followed by a number of positions across the USA and Canada. Prior to cofounding Bridge 4, Ahmed created and solidified the business development, digital media and ecommerce verticals at Abu Issa Holding in Qatar. Ahmed is a Medical Sciences graduate of The University of Western Ontario in Canada and also holds an Executive MBA from Quantic Business School in Washington DC.
Chadi brings over 27 years of experience in the fashion industry to his role as CEO of Bridge4 International. With a passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the business, he has led Bridge4 to become a global leader in fashion, F&B, branded residences, and services franchise special services.
Prior to joining Bridge4, Chadi held various senior executive roles at retailer companies, during his tenure at these companies, he demonstrated his expertise in strategic planning, marketing, and sales, consistently driving growth and increasing profitability.
Under Chadi’s leadership, Bridge4 International has experienced tremendous success, expanding into new markets and launching innovative franchise models that have attracted top fashion brands. His vision for the company is focused on creating a dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive culture that encourages innovation and creativity.
Chadi is an active member of the fashion industry and regularly participates in industry events, including Fashion Week and other prominent trade shows. He is also a passionate advocate for ethical and sustainable fashion and has a vision to implement numerous initiatives at Bridge4 to ensure that the company operates in an environmentally and socially responsible manner.

As Chief Retail Officer of Bridge4 International, Nadim brings over 14 years of experience in retail leasing shopping malls and retail master planning . With a strong background in, fashion and F&B brands and customer experience excellence , he is holding pivotal role in the company’s growth and success.
Prior to joining Bridge4, Nadim held various leadership positions at top retailers, including Qatar mall , McARTHUR + COMPANYand Ezdan malls . During his tenure, he demonstrated his expertise in driving sales, improving store operations, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
At Bridge4, Nadim is responsible for overseeing the company’s retail and branded real estate operations and driving growth across the company’s franchise locations . He is passionate about creating a seamless, personalized, and engaging customer experience that fosters brand loyalty and drives sales.
